извещает своих акционеров, что 28 марта 2025 г. в 15.00 по адресу : г.п. Большая Берестовица, пер. Советский, 10, состоится годовое общее собрание акционеров
ПОВЕСТКА ДНЯ:
- О рассмотрении отчета о работе наблюдательного совета Общества в 2024 году.
- Отчет об итогах финансово-хозяйственной деятельности Общества
в 2024 году и основных направлениях деятельности на 2025 год. - О рассмотрении заключения и отчета о работе ревизионной комиссии Общества в 2024 году. О результатах аудиторской проверки деятельности Общества в 2024 году. Утверждение аудиторского заключения за 2024 год.
- Об утверждении годового отчета, годовой бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности Общества, распределение прибыли и убытков Общества за 2024 год. Об объявлении и выплате дивидендов по результатам работы Общества за 2024 год.
- О направлении использования прибыли, остающейся в распоряжении Общества, на 2025 год и первый квартал 2026 года. Периодичность выплаты дивидендов за 2025 год.
- Об избрании членов наблюдательного совета и ревизионной комиссии Общества.
- Об определении условий и размера вознаграждения членам наблюдательного совета и ревизионной комиссии Общества.
Собрание акционеров созывается по решению наблюдательного совета Общества (основание: протокол от 19 февраля 2025 г. № 2).
Список лиц, имеющих право на участие в годовом общем собрании акционеров, будет составлен по состоянию на 1 марта 2025 г.
Время регистрации участников собрания: в день проведения собрания 28 марта 2025 г. с 14.30 до 14.50. Для регистрации при себе иметь следующие документы: акционеру Общества – документ удостоверяющий личность, представителю акционера – документ удостоверяющий личность и доверенность.
Место и время ознакомления акционеров с материалами по вопросам повестки дня собрания и информацией о деятельности Общества за 2024 год в соответствии со ст. 39 Закона Республики Беларусь от 09.12.1992 “ О хозяйственных обществах” с 7 по 27 марта 2025г. – по месту нахождения Общества: Гродненская область, Берестовицкий район, аг. Малая Берестовица, ул. Юбилейная, 1 с 8.00 до 17.00, 28 марта 2025 г. – по месту проведения собрания с 14.00 до 17.00.
